Delivery information

We take care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and safely.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.

Our workshop and couriers take a well-earned rest at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Some of our products are a little too long and elegant for Royal Mail, and must be shipped using DPD’s courier service. These include:

The Cradley Deluxe, The Bearwood Brook, The Hockley Heritage, and The Warley Fall ranges.

If your order includes one of these, it’ll automatically be classed as a long-item delivery.

We’re able to ship most items to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands using Royal Mail.

For long items, the following rates apply:

Long Items – Northern Ireland: £12.95 – DPD (Tracked, 2–3 working days)
Long Items – Scottish Highlands & Islands: £15.95 – DPD (Tracked, 1–2 working days)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For other areas within the UK not listed above, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
